SHIPPING
All orders are usually shipped in 1-2 working days from the payment clearing date. You will be notified by e-mail at the time your order is shipped.
If you need hat by a specific date, please leave a comment with your order. We only process orders if we can deliver in time.
Australia Post and USPS may be slow. We suggest using Express Post if you need your item fast. We will NOT be responsible for any delays introduced by Postal Services.
Please refer all complaint to USPS.
Shipping in USA / Canada
We use Australia Post Air Mail service for all deliveries. Once in USA, USPS takes over. We ship worldwide. In addition to Regular Post, we offer Express Post international service and Express Courier Service (DHL).
Please note — when sending outside of USA and Canada, please check if there are any input duties payable in your country! Any duties are outside of our control and NOT included in price.
